Snow in the Desert

Two years ago when I first moved to Las Vegas it snowed in the winter. At the time I thought is was a freak occurrence. Last year...no snow BUT this year-snow!

I have to say, it's really cool to see Las Vegas covered with a little layer of snow especially on the palm trees.

This picture looks extra frozen, the sky is so gray.

See the snowflakes swirling around? Nope, that's not dandruff ;)

Anyway, I took these pictures the day it snowed here and had to blog it so I can save the memories. And in case your reading this and don't know, yes the pictures were taken in Las Vegas NV, the same place it reached 118 degrees in the summer.
